Laya is a cycling community platform that enables users to discover cycling routes, connect with fellow cyclists, join group rides, share cycling experiences, and participate in the cycling community.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
You retain ownership of the content you post on Laya, including but not limited to photos, comments, route data, and profile information ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant Laya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your content in connection with operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Laya facilitates connections between cyclists but does not organize, supervise, or control cycling activities. Users participate in group rides and outdoor activities at their own risk. You acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks and agree to:
Laya is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from cycling activities organized or participated in through the platform.
The Service may use your device's location data to provide route tracking, discover nearby cyclists, and enhance your experience. Location data will only be used with your consent and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Laya or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Laya. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAYA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laya, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Laya operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
